Shipping and Payment Terms
Freight terms: FOB Shipping point.
We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, and PayPal
ORDER Terms
All prices are shown in US dollars. The prices are subject to change without notice.
Rush orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Freight Damage or Shortage Claims
All claims must be filed with carrier by consignee (receiver).
Claims for shortages and/or damages must be made within 5 business dyas of delivery.
Returns
No returns without a prior written Return Authorization (RA).
Products returned do not constitue a credit. Manufacture or MVP Graphics Supply reserve the right to inspect or test prior to credit.
Returns not meeting the conditions of the return policy, may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
No returns after 100 days of shipment.
Returns made for customer convenience are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return must be shipped freight prepaid to address listed on the RA.
No credit for Damaged returns, no exceptions.
No returns of custom cut or non-standard products.

MVP Graphics Supply or web designer are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or information due to typographical error, we (MVP Graphics Supply) have the right to refuse or cancel any orders.
